Stayed here for a quick work trip , everything was great , on my last day in the morning I ran into a cockroach in the bathroom . I have super early wake ups so maybe it wasn’t expecting me , other than that everything was great !

The staff is very happy and feels like they want to help. I mean the front desk people and the nice gentleman who works setting up breakfast. My room did have ants. Which I can't blame the staff for. The key locks are not great I had to swipe my key card a lot of times before it let me in to the room and the side door.

The staff that checked us on was rude The keys had a problem not working all doors 2 days. The 3rd floor smelled like marijuana with my kids there was bad. The bathroom has culking that is moldy.

Good value for the stay
Nice room, has a gym, very nice customer service. They were only suppose to clean the room every three days but they did make the bed one day by accident and gave new towels each day. I liked it. Near the mall so plenty of places to eat and nice breakfast. Hard to call the hotel directly. Their phone number doesn't seem to work and reservations couldn't transfer me.
