Check-in was fast and easy. Host was friendly and informative. Even though it’s says they will clean the room in 3 days they cleaned it and provided clean towels the next day. And breakfast was hot and replenished constantly. I would stay here the next time I am out in Ontario.

We had a booking for 4 nights from 13 to 17 of August our flight delayed and we arrived August 14 at 4 am because of the delay , she told us that all our booking was cancelled!!! And we have to book a night for sure with my three sleepy kids we where so tired and we booked a night but we have already a booking how wr have to pay a new one !! Breakfast was amazing , but the room have ants there specially in the toilet Everything is beside you but actually what happened when i arrived make me so sad and upset

Crowded, small reception area on check in with only one person checking people in. Had to ask her to call her manager before she did that to get help. Room: hair in sink and toilet. Fridge took 12 hours to cool water. Breakfast impossible. Small crowded breakfast room with small variety.

We stay here every time we come down from Arizona with that being said we always stay here no matter what we love this property. But they had some issues. We stayed here for six nights. FIRST got there. Only one elevator was working and they only have two. The second thing was only one ice machine was working and they only have four floors. They did not have syrup or the strawberry spread most of the days we were there. They never got any strawberry spread any of the days for the waffles for their free breakfast. we ordered the most expensive room this time to check it out which is the king suite with spa bathtub in the room there was no towel rack in the bathroom. we always park in the parking garage one of the nights that we were there. The exit arm looks like it was ran into and wasn’t working properly for about a day. For about two days there was trash all over the parking garage, but they did get it cleaned up. and they did get the elevator working on the fourth day. Still a great place to stay in a great location.
