We felt safe❤️ There was shopping and ATMs near by ❤️ There was Breakfast & Dinner available (extra cost) but if you did not want to go out 👍 this was a wonderful option. We would definitely come back to this location.

We enjoyed the location. Lots of restaurants close enough to walk to and several different types. We were hoping for free breakfast but food was offered for a cost. We were not expecting to have to also pay daily for parking. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Thought I was staying at Courtyard on Spring St!!!
Room was clean, bed comfortable & enjoyed the shower. However a few things that would prevent me from staying longer than just an overnight getaway were: extremely small nightstands, small closet, very low toilet and awkward living space. There was a table that pulled out from another table….but, only one chair. Positive that’s it is close to an open-air shopping area, food & the Long Beach airport.

Check-in was easy, parking was close to the lobby, and there are a lot of dining options nearby. Hotel was quiet, bed was comfy. Huge ottoman and sofa combo was great. Eco- friendly rating: B-. There were single use soap and plastic cups provided and single use plastic water bottles for sale; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in shower.

Very nice stay
First impression of the hotel was I felt it was very clean and had a real honey feeling. Lots of area in the lobby to handle anything you needed in fact a group of 4 were playing cards and having dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room layout was different from most rooms with the bed almost feeling like it isolated away from being the first thing you see when coming in the room. Would stay again if in the area.

We showed up and they said they “overbooked” the hotel And did not have a room For us, we had to drive all the way back home from LA without a room. The front clerk was non chalant and did not show any care or concern for us . The front door of the lobby was locked with chairs in the way with a sign that said we are full. Had to get their attention to even see us to try to check in for a room we pre paid for
