It's a room
Room was comfortable enough. Caution: they charge extra for parking. If you want to watch tv, decent selection of channels, but remotes don't let you access a menu so you're forced to surf. Their included "Breakfast" was almost non-existent. Only boxed mini-muffins, danish, donuts, and they consistently ran out. Ran out of coffee cups one day and lids several days. No creamer or milk. Often out of orange juice. I've stayed at better Super 8's.

There was not the service for drop off the guests to LAX. sometimes the elevator was broken and two times we got stuck in the elevator. Last time there was smell in our room due to cigarettes smoke. The behavior of the manager was very rude.

Very unsafe to much going on every night .put me on 3 Rd floor elevator broke down for 1 and a half days I am on a caine I have bone on bone on my knee told front desk they told me cannot do anything about it the elevator was not their fault and I said if something happened while walking up and own steps it would not be their fault and the agreed also on app says 24 hour shuttle there is not one .really really bad.wish I can get something back .

Very quick to get us to our room! Its also very easy to find your room. Parking is a little tight spaces but no complaining.

The room was huge and newly remodeled. Very nice. The room was chilly so i attempted to turn on the ac/heat. The ac was super smelly, like a dead rat. We immediately turned it off, and left it off.

Went for Jingle Ball a Holiday Concert with my Daughter. From San Diego we took the Train there. It was a bit early to head over to the venue. I decided to ask if we could check in early, and the Lady said give me til after 1 and I’ll make sure to have a room for you available. Mind you it was 12:45 , I gave it til about 1:20 walked back up and I was about to check in. The only thing was that the next morning as we are getting ready to head out, the phone in the room rings and it’s the front desk reminding about check out time It was 10:20 we had til 11 . I get it I was able to check in early but I would have paid extra if needed to for extra time.
