Our guest from China was charged 50.33 for a deposite and hasn't received the money back into his account. My cards have always just had a hold on them and then they released the hold right away, at all other stays booked through Travelocity. Why did El Segundo Hyatt Take the money from the card in the first place???.

The room, hotel, and property were amazing, great dining service, and super friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was leaving. I would love to stay here again, for longer!

Excellent stay close to airport
Excellent hotel stop for 1 night near lax, beds and pillows super comfortable can’t fault it. The only downside was the shuttle it did take 45 mins to come and pick us up, but thankful that after several phone calls they did pick us up! Free breakfast was also a bonus!!!

Desk service is very good, prompt to address any issue , friendly stuffs but shuttle is not good at all. If you book Hyatt place at senguda and needs to come airport by shuttle , your life and day will be miserable. I was waiting 2 hrs to get the shuttle Shuttle is horrible, not in time

This hotel was great! I was concerned about airport noise, but the hotel is not close to the airport. We stayed for two nights and never heard a plan not even when we were out side. I would absolutely stay there again. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff.
