We picked this location for ease of getting to the airport before an early flight. Having breakfast included and a free airport shuttle was key. Rooms are spacious and updated, and the beds are very comfortable. Staff was friendly and quick to answer questions and requests.

We travelled with 2 kids and few points below made us not satisfied: 1. The shuttle only runs till 10:30pm and we arrived at 11pm which made inconvenience from the airport; 2. Upon arriving, we were thirsty with 2 kids and asked the staff if we can have some water from the lobby, the response from the men is “ you will need to buy”; 3. The thermostat in the room is too bright during the night time which we can not turn off; 4. The air conditioner doesn’t work. We booked with Hyatt house in the past when we were traveling in Houston and other cities and this time is the worst.

Easy check-in and out. Free shuttle to hotel and back to airport. Clean and spacious room. Only drawback.was that breakfast started at 6am, exactly when the first shuttle leaves for the airport. Ideally, if breakfast could be offered at 530am, that would have given us enough time to grab a bite to eat before heading to the airport.
