Our stay did not meet our expectations. The front desk clerk provided us directions to park our car but did not let us know the distance from parking to check in. There were not bell persons to provide carts or assist with bags. A room key was not required to gain floor access on the elevator. The assigned room had a faulty HVAC system that did not heat our room and sounded like a Mac truck. When we called the front desk to report the problem we were told someone would be right up. After a long wait, my husband went to the front desk to complain. We were assigned a suit in another building. We had to pack up our bags and move to another building. Early morning we were awakened by maintenance in the re-assigned room to repair the HVAC. The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating to mitigate the room problem.

The bathrooms were pretty dirty and there was dust on my room. Extra Towels were asked because they had only 2 four 4 people stay and they never bothered to give one

Perfect for early morning flight. The airport shuttle was awesome and the bellman/shuttle driver was very helpful. We got back from our cruise super early and they let us check in early. It was clean.
