A Gem in Beverly Hills
The front desk staff (Judy, Jen, Ariana) could not have been more helpful. They were most accommodating of my requests. The location is great, the parking fantastic. I will stay there again.
Good-sized desk.
Bathroom small but cute.
Entryway looks like a little pension in Paris.

The room was clean but very small. It is very outdated especially the electrical. There was only 1 available outlet to charge a phone. The carpet was worn out.

Overall, the pictures are misleading as to the condition of the hotel. This is an old property with some charm, but definitely has a musty smell. The bathroom was extremely tight, the shower was a standing coffin size. I chose the king bed, which took up the entirety of the room. It was quiet, but parking is NOT included and will cost you $45 a night as there is no street parking overnight in BH. The amenities listed are not part of this property location, but are for a sister property that is a close by walk.

Great location and overall good stay
The hotel is in a great spot and was within walking distance of many high-end stores and beautiful parks. The hotel has been renovated but the overall building is old and you can tell. That said, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great Location
The location is excellent. Classic old time Hollywood/LA hotel. It is not fancy, but it is classic. You can walk anywhere in Beverly Hills from there easily. You can drive anywhere in the entire valley easily.

Even due checking in at 5pm, I got a not serviced (dirty) room and one occupied room. The 3rd attempt finally worked. As a courtesy, they dropped the resort fee. Still great neighborhood and staff tried their best!

Horrible experience
The room smelled musty and the floor looked dirty. The toilet was so close to the vanity that it was hard to move. The shower was too hot at first then couldn’t get enough hot water. The remote for the tv rarely worked and their local channels suck. The bar wasn’t open the whole time I was there. I could barely understand the lady at the front desk. Only found out about their $45/night parking fee once I arrived and had to walk down a dark ally after being told to park at their sister property at almost 11pm. I checked out early and will never be back!

Nice location. No issues finding parking. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Carpets in the hotel were heavily stained. Bathroom had no ventilation and smelled musty. Hotel felt very European- old, small and compact. Bed was decent and the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

Location is amazing but when you enter the lobby it smelled like someone peed there and be careful, the hotel’s extra charges are not visible in Expedia. Sure to ask about that. I had to pay over $100 because of it.
