I didn’t even get to the motel as the airport shuttle that was meant to run hourly from 5am to 9pm , clearly stated on there website, was not available until 6pm. I called and they would not help me. Extremely frustrating and disappointing! I will not book there again.

We had two stays at Motel 6. The first stay we booked a Kingsize bed and it wasn't kingsize but were told "that's kingsize". Our second stay we also booked a kingsize bed and it WAS kingsize. Go figure. The second room was much better than the first. Overall, the staff was helpful and caring.

The room number told at the reception and the room number written on the paper were different, and the room key did not fit either. I looked around from the first floor to the fourth floor, but the water in the vending machines was sold out.

Overall was fine. Room smelled kind of weird and housekeeping only came once during our week long stay. Front desk was nice and shuttle driver was too. Nice pool. Area around is a little sketch.

The woman who checked us in was absolutely a delight! We’ve been stayin at cedars Sinai with my dad and she made us feel welcomed and made us smile. She went above and beyond. We hadn’t packed anything because we didn’t plan on staying but she went and found us some shampoo, She was a life saver! She made sure we didn’t need anything else! Extremely grateful for her! She worked Monday night 8/19 til 11pm!
