"The location of the hotel is fantastic. You can reach the subway in 1 minute. The rooms are comfortable and the staff polite. The elevator situation is a bit chaotic because they have just 3 working elevators for all those rooms, but we were lucky and didn’t need to wait much. Reception is in the second floor and I recommend to just walk through the stairs on the left hand side if you can to avoid waiting for the elevator. We could see the empire state from our room which was surprising. "
