"This is the second time we've stayed here, after a stay a number of years ago. This is probably the most comfortable hotel room I've stayed in anywhere, a certainly in NYC. Beds extremely comfortable, a teriffic shower and a nice design that leaves plenty of room to relax. Location convenient to downtown and transportation uptown."

"I didnt like that the lobby was so small and crowded or that checkin was on the 4th floor. I also didnt like the small bath towels. These are minor things. Overall the hotel is in a nice area withe train station right across the street or right down the block just pass Nobu. Convenient for shopping and site seeing..The staff was very helpful and very kind."
