Excellent location at walking distance from Luzern transportation hub and major attraction The hotel is clean, great service where they check to make sure our stay was going well. Their breakfast is excellent with many options. But since it's located in busy part of town, we did not get room with a view.

Small basic room, but superb location
My husband and I were generally pleased with the Premium Room we booked for our stay. The size of the bedroom was relatively small for two people, but it was well-equipped with a desk, dedicated area to place luggage, and large wardrobe to hang clothing up. Nice-sized bathroom and even small balcony area. Everything seemed clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

The front desk staff were extremely pleasant. Our room was small but lovely. Could have used another luggage rack but all good. Sarah at the bar/restaurant was so friendly and helpful with questions we had. Breakfast was amazing.

Excellent location, just a half block to the chapel bridge. Super easy parking right next to the hotel as they have an arrangement with the garage and not too expensive, around 27 CHF for 24 hrs. Beautiful breakfast. Can walk to everything in Luzern. Rooms clean, although can't control the thermostat settings, but was comfortable. Has A/C too if hot
