"Very helpful staff. I requested a double bed, they thought my room had a double but it was a twin. I said I didnt mind to the porter but reception still called to check. I thought that was very kind. The staff were helpful at every turn and the breakfast was lovely with a great variety. "

"The stay was excellent, only the challenge was the TV that was not clear with stars. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too. Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too. It's my wish that the Hotel convey my thanks and appreciations to them all."

"I use the Pivot all the time when I visit Jhb. The service is aleays good. The rooms needs upgrading as it really still the old style hotel rooms. The TVs are not smart so this makes it even more old school...."
