We spent the one night there and it was awesome! Very clean room and lovely reception staff. Easy walking distance to Scotia Bank arena. Will go back again in a heartbeat!

The service is very good. The front desk receptionists are friendly, helpful and very informative. The room service lady, her name is Natalie, who is from Ukraine, is very nice and sweet. Highly recommended!

Great budget friendly place to stay, close to downtown hub. Probably not a good place for families to stay, as there is a strip club on the main floor, but was a perfect choice for a quick trip to toronto for a concert.

The hotel is right next to a strip club! Rooms, sheets, everything in the room was dirty.there were sweat marks on pillows! The area is not safe either, I went out to get food at 11pm and regretted immediately. Oh and the AC, I bokked a room with AC and paid extra, the AC in the room was from 1960s !

I was coming into town for a concert and decided to stay overnight instead of taking the GO Train back home. I am from Toronto originally so I'm familiar with Filmores and the surrounding area. This part of downtown has always been rough around the edges, so if you're new to the area please be mindful that this is downtown in a major city and there is a lot going on. This hotel reminded me a lot of places like St. Mark's Hotel in New York City: An older building with a lot of history. Yes, there is a strip club downstairs. Who cares? You can't beat the location and every hotel has a story to tell. I did wonder if this place might be haunted though, but I didn't encounter any ghosts during my short stay. Overall it was totally fine as a place to crash for the night. The inside of the hotel was quite quiet. I thought I might be the only person staying on my floor but in the morning I saw cleaners fixing up other rooms nearby. Usually I find hotels noisy with people coming and going but this was the opposite. The hotel is on a streetcar line and walking distance to Yonge and Dundas, one of the busiest intersections you could be at. You will hear street traffic from outside but if you have the A/C on and bring ear plugs you'll be good to go for a great night's sleep. My room was clean and great for a quick stay. It's not a fancy place but it does the job and the girl at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

First time here and it was quaint and cozy. Clean and respectable. My room was perfect and the price was amazing. As i said to the concierge you have made a customer for life! Thanks for a wonderful stay

Decent room for a great price
For the price its a pretty good deal. Shared washroom and no shower/ bathtub but again you get whay you pay for. Very friendly staff. Not the best area and the "gentlemans clib" down stairs can get popping at night. Ill be using them again, especially for like random one or two nights in TO

amazing staff, didn’t realize this was a strip joint when I booked but overall decent stay, bathroom really small, air conditioning in suites but not all rooms but booked a suite to begin with ! Area around hotel/strip club was kinda sketchy and lots of homeless people. upon leaving in my vehicle some homeless man came up and hit my car with his fist because i didn’t give him change.
