"Based on location, hotel, amenities, and service, I think this is the best value downtown Calgary. The pool is available all year round, there are multiple restaurants on site, the area is full of fantastic dining and there is a lot you can walk too easily. On my most recent day, I had a problem with one of the outlets, not holding the plug and they came and repaired it quickly and also offered to switch my room if I preferred. Everyone at the front desk and the bar are very helpful. One of my colleagues finds the Heating and cooling system too loud however, And is not keen on staying there for this reason."
