"I loved staying at La Casona de Don Lucas! We celebrated our anniversary and we loved it. Staff were helpful and friendly. Their breakfast was good and with variety. They provided drinking water which is a plus! "

"Very very Brand new property! This was an awesome stay with the family. Central located but not in the center which is awesome for the peace and quiet ( of course the occasional callejonada) that passes by through the night but it’s part of the city’s tradition. The pool and the hot tub were open and they were magnificent not many properties have this amenities. The only issue we had and I mean the only issue was the hot water not working, other than that everything else was perfect. Location, amenities and staff 10 out 10, i definitely will come back to Casa Kloster when around Guanajuato city."

"Very nice and clean hotel right in the heart of the Main Plaza. Friendly staff and comfortable huge bed (cal king) real breakfast (not continental) is not on site but on another partner hotel just across the street. Restaurants, bars, parks, theater, museums, etc and just about anything you can think of are all just a short walk. Room/bathroom was spacious enough although our room #12 has a huge wardrobe that is located right at the passage between the room and the bathroom leaving only about 25 inch of clearance and there is also a step to add to to the difficulty of crossing from one side to the other, even with the inconvenience my wife and would stay again but if mobility is an issue i would ask to for another room. "
