We stayed at Pullman for two nights , hotel has excellent location , rooms and carpets are bit outdated but beds are comfortable , service is good . Staff very friendly .

Location is really good. Walking distance to masjid nabwi area. There are a lot of shopping and dinning options nearby. Masjid bilal is walking diatance… there is a big market on either side of masjid bilal. There is a small supermarket located just underneath the hotel. Ladies praying area and the international food stalls are on the opposite side… about 15-18 mins walk. The hallways had a weird smell. The room was extreme Noisy from outside traffic noise.. not sure if windows need to be checked for sound but we couldnt sleep during daytime because of the loud traffic noise. Overall i would rate it a 8/10 experience. Two points off for the traffic noise and the distance to the women prayers area.

Warm welcome at the reception. Offered an upgrade to a family suite. Friendly staff. Excellent location for anyone visiting the Prophet's mosque, within 5 mins you will be in the mosque halls.

outdated hotel as far as design and layout but was still nice. Was not a fan of the entrance and lobby, seemed small, outdated, low ceilings and a little claustrophobic.
