Quite nice for the budget. Clean, roomy, everything worked well. Large TV, channel lineup only so-so and the Dish feed froze up on occasion, other than that, very good stay.

I arrived on a wednesday. I was booked a room number 201.A far walk from the entrance. It was clear I was an older person who had difficulty walking so I was disappointed I had to walk so far down the long hallway rather than given a room much closer to the elevator and main entrance. The room was noisy from other guests as well. The person checking me in should have asked if this room would be ok considering I was more elderly about having to walk so far.

Good breakfast, comfortable and safe stay
The room was comfortable, secure, and clean. We really appreciated the small refrigerator (there was also a microwave, but we didn't use it). The ventilation controls worked well. The location looks out on a highway but we didn't experience any outside noise. Breakfast provided a hot choice of eggs (cooked to order) or pancakes or French toast, accompanied by breakfast meat and potatoes. There were other options such as bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, cereal, juice. Breakfast is five stars. The coffee was good and hot during breakfast (we tried it in the afternoon and not as hot then). Staff were very nice. This is an older property but pretty well maintained. Parking was readily available and the parking lot was well-lit. Amenities were adequate, but I prefer to have large refillable containers rather than small plastic ones.

The property was fine. The area surrounding the property is not very appealing and you need to have a car to get anything - no stores or services within walking distance (I.e. market, restaurants, etc).

This property was run down and not at all worth the $300/night we paid. There were 3 of us, our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out couch bed. When we pulled it out it reeked of urine so bad there was no way she could sleep on it. So we had to cram into the one bed and none of us got much sleep. It made our trip less enjoyable since we were all so tired.

We've been staying at this hotel for years. This most recent stay was $100 more than every other stay. The breakfast, lack of hot water and furnishings don't justify over $200/night room. I doubt that we will be staying here again.
