Someone knocked at my door. He asked if I had checked in. I replied yes. After i closed the door and thought hard about it, i called the front desk and ask if they sent someone checking on me. Later, I got a call saying it was their manager checking. It was safe. I'm happy that they checked on it.

Not bad for the price, it was lower than usual, we only booked it for the convenience of “electric vehicle charging” and there ended up only being 1 Tesla charger all the way in the back. The room was okay, very outdated but decent beds. Bathroom had mold in it and the hall and room stunk of mold and must. The front desk guy was rude when we arrived but when we left a different was very sweet to my family. Overall a 5/10, would not stay with best western again though after that.

Great location if you have a car, Would come back!
My son and I stayed here for SOARS orientation at the University of Wisconsin. We arrived a little too early to check in, and the front desk suggested we go have lunch and come back. They recommended this bar/restaurant literally 3 min walking. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy our lunch. We checked in and then left to walk to the University. It was a 20min walk. We only found out about the shuttle the next day when we saw it outside the hotel and inquired about it. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The cappuccino machine was a big hit. The line was long to get a cup. The restaurant at the hotel was good too. The pizza was very good and it our first time to have cheese curd. It was interesting. We also ate at the Italian restaurant and had ice cream too, both places located across the street from the hotel. I would definitely come back and stay here for any school function. Very convenient to everything.

It is a very reasonably priced hotel with a surprisingly good hot breakfast included. The property is a little dated but well run. The faculty is clean and staff is efficient.
