The hotel is for sure 3 star but the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is a little run down, stains on the hallway carpets even though they were renovated. The rooms are dark and dated. Mattresses with no mattress covers not sure how hygienic that is given todays issues with bed bugs. Bathroom was super tiny had to close the door to get access to the toilet or tub. Overall is was good. I will say that parents who think their children running around at 11 pm at night while the parent is sitting there on their phone have no consideration for other travelers. You like you kids... great I don't need to hear them thank you, and guess what the following morning the same kids running around again with the father just sitting there. No consideration.

Nice hotel but dated, needs an update. The pool had over 45 people in it and was very loud. Even though it was supposed to close at 10, people were in there until almost 11.

Awesome stuff but old hotel
I had to drive 3 or 4 times to make sure it is the hotel, no clear sighn, the parking lot and the outside of the building are in a rough condition so i though maybe i have the wrong address. When came in i was reassured that this was the hotel, all staff were very nice the bed was very comfortable but the hotel is old and carpet is woth stains so it was a mix of a good experience with an uncomfortable feeling.

Shower was not clean when we arrived, hair everywhere. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we got back, even though I told the front desk..left the sheets that they took off the bed on the chair, didn’t leave enough towels and no face cloths. Phone didn’t work.. The coffee wasn’t replaced or refilled… Horrible hotel experience for the price we paid!!

Staff was very accommodating however the only available room they had was a room with no A/C. Room 124. They did provide a fan to make our first night a little more comfortable. We were told that they would give us a $50 rebate but found out the next day that because we booked thru Expedia they were not able to give us a discount. We were transferred to a regular the very next day. Unfortunately, the A/C was very loud whenever it kicked in. Needless to say, the two-night was a little disappointing.

I called the front desk to book and asked them if the 1 room with a large bed comes with a sofa bed and they clearly said YES. Unfortunately when we arrived I never seen any 1 sofa bed
