reserved this hotel because of the free shuttle service to the airport as indicated on your site. unfortunately, there is no shuttle service on weekends which cost me 30 euros to get to the airport. unacceptable advertising

Hotel is a business and conference facility. The rooms are clean (although when we checked into our room, we had to navigate beds, cleaning carts, garbage bins in the hallway, and our room had an odour that is difficult to describe). Beds are comfortable. The showers are clean but the shower heads are weak. We were disappointed that there was not a complimentary shuttle available on weekends costing us an additional 30 Euros for the cab.

Just used for one nights stay to break up the long flight home. Room was large and okay bathroom. Very noisy you can hear everything from the hallway and your neighbours so not the best nights sleep to recharge for a long flight. They have a shuttle to the airport which is handy. My stay didn't include breakfast, i appeared to be one of the only guests on the list whose didn't, and when I looked online there room prices where considerably lower than what I paid. Really dissapointed I paid a lot more for a room for a few hours and still had to pay for breakfast on top. Wouldn't stay here again. Staff where lovely and helpful but that's about the only thing going for this place.

Nice hotel but the shuttle to the airport (the reason I booked) didn’t run on weekends which was annoying. Also it’s not really near anything so not a good place to stay for seeing Madrid
