A very nice hotel, the lounge should open earlier than 4pm and the staff seemed bored. It wasn’t very busy which I understand but there was no buzz in the hotel at all

The room was large and comfortable but limited plug outlets - only on one side of the bed; No bottled water in the room unless you pay for it from the liquor cabinet; noisy alley through the night; but most disappointing, the staff appeared uninterested in being hospitable - had to pry information about the hotel from reception.

While the room was fantastic we were quoted $36.00 for parking and it ended up being $49.00. A portion of our room service breakfast was missing. When we told staff at checkout they apologized but still charged the full price for room service.
