Helpful and friendly staff. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me. Rooms are well appointed and the bed and assisted towels and linens - first class. I look for a le Germaine when I travel as they never disappoint me.

Great stay!
We loved our short stay . Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location . Valet parking made it easy to get our vehicle . Room was comfortable . Lighting is moody . Easy to get an Uber right outside door but also walkable to many great coffee shops and restaurants . Would stay again .

Always enjoy my stay at the Germain, but the cleaning staff needs to do better at cleaning under furniture. When my wife was looking for her earring she dropped she found a personal toy someone had left behind. Had a good laugh, but was a bit put off by the lack of thorough cleaning.

Best stay in Calgary
Any time I stay over in Calgary - I stay at this hotel. From multiple business trips to friend’s birthdays - each time is perfect. The location is great for walking to nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. The staff is amazing from the minute you park, valet - front desk to housekeeping. They genuinely want you to have the most comfortable stay.
