They said they “upgraded” me to the tower but I booked the garden because it had better reviews. It wasn’t a happy stay at all the air conditioning didn’t work in the room everything looks run down my elderly mom had a hard time walking back and forth from where the put us instead of where I booked. Overall I would never come back to be honest there’s so many other hotels everywhere that are newer and nicer… better areas and better food options elsewhere

The rug was extremely filthy and had a strong odor, the restroom was in a state of disarray, and the bathtub was not tidy, despite the shower fan being clogged with dirt. It's quite distant from any amenities, making it inconvenient. The cost was excessive for the quality of the product. I will never return. The employees were not welcoming at all.

This was perfect for a one night stay. While it is an older hotel, it was very comfortable. Our room had been upgraded and other than the noisy AC unit, it was quite peaceful. The room was very clean. We would stay again if in that area.

The hot and cold shower is not calibrated well, it's either too hot or too cold. No exhaust in the washroom, no complimentary slippers, no complimentary water or toothbrush/toothpaste.

Air conditioner was super noisy. Had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Charged over $7 for two take off coffees! More than Starbucks! Coffee was terrible, it was very weak like they use half as much ground coffee. Place was run down, but kept fairly clean. The room had a musty smell, but was clean. Service was very good from staff. Swimming pool well maintained and clean.
