Interior view hotel, looks into the restaurants and pool and hot tub. Quiet inside inspite of the interior view. It was conveniently located to both SAIT andU of C campuses - about a 10-15 min walk to either. Staff were very accomodating. Love the set-up of the hotel.

I was not advised that the pool was closed down upon registration. Very disappointed children unfortunately. My main concern was there was a fire during the early morning hours and there was no attempt to ensure my and my daughters safety. The only alarm that was the main fire alarm that was not very effective from inside my room. There was no internal room alarm to wake us. The hotel had already evacuated when I finally awoke but that was 15 mins after it was first sounded. I feel the emergency management of this hotel was very untrained and I would hesitate to stay there again.

Overall the suites and hotel are pretty clean. Beds were comfy. Location is a little hard to drive into. Underground parking is a plus. Pool was fun for the kids. Complimentary breakfast was good. Happy with my stay for 2 nights.
