Suites were centrally located, with easy 10-15min walk to most sites and main shopping district. Room was reasonable size and serviced daily. Buffet breakfast was ok with reasonable selection, however did not vary the entire 4 days we were there; would be nice to have a bit more variety.

Comfortable and Peaceful.
I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The environment was very much quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable, very clean and well-lighted. Also, the hotel is very closed to the main shopping street, theatres, and many restaurants. I would surely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place. All the staff went beyond their ways to help us out. Even packed a breakfast for us when we were leaving early. There was a damp problem in the room we were. The room was having a musty smell whenever we went in and it will go away either after opening the window or starting the AC

Excellent Hotel for Your Madrid Adventures!
Excellent service provided, great central location close to Plaza de Espana. The breakfast was great and offered a variety of hot and cold items, including an array of cold cut meats that are typical of Spain. The receptionists were amazingly friendly, helpful, courteous, and provided assistance whenever needed. They even allowed us to store our bags for free for a couple of hours while we explored the city.
