Very central hotel with excellent staff
Staff were incredibly friendly and helped with anything we asked. They were great in the morning sorting out breakfast for my son who is coeliac.

Premier family room had the most comfortable beds ever! Perfect location, extremely clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. One slight negative was there was only one bar tender serving drinks which meant we queued for around 15 minutes, not ideal but we would definitely go again for sure. Parking was £18 extra but only a few minutes walk away, so overall a great stay.

We were charged twice for the Manchester tax by the hotel. But as it was only £1.20 ish we didn’t mind so much. The bed wasn’t so comfortable, a new mattress is probably needed. It was too soft for me. The deco in the corridors could do with touching up.
