Stayed just 2 nights. Stay was overall fine. When we initially checked in, Im pretty sure reception said that our booking had breakfast included. However, when we went down for breakfast the next day we were told that it's not included. Its ok we paid, but the food choices were not worth the price we paid. Hence we didn't go back for breakfast the next day. What really dampened our stay was the unavailable wifi internet which started from when we got back in the afternoon till early hours of the next morning. I had an important zoom meeting @12am which I couldn't join.

We have een staying here for our last 3 visits to the Philippines and every time we are very satisfied with their facilities and their service. Special shout out to the manager of Romulo's restaurant for giving in to my wife's special request, for making one her favorite dishes. Made our stay more memorable.

The Staff was very nice and helpful, and yes the facilities were quite comfortable, what I didn't like is the menu options, they were inconvenient for a single traveler also my transportation to and from the airport, although the Hotel did not facilitate my ride, they confirmed what this car from the airport charged me, which was quite a big difference from what Grab charged me. Experience is the best teaching, thanks for everything

Stay away . It's cheap for a reason.
Pity after four requests during the night you can't stop people partying in rooms on the 14th floor. Screaming,shouting up and down the corridors and slamming doors. Finally at 7am you offer a room transfer. Your answer was your security advised the selfish women who are making so much noise to make less noise . How can you say there is nothing you can do about the noise ? Zero service and obviously not interested in solving the problem.

Clean and safe place to stay. I love the restaurant in the lobby amazing foods! What I don’t like was there were a stains in the duvet. They solve my complaint . Housekeeper clean my room and change the duvet.

At first internet at 5th floor is down. I raised it because I have work to do. Took them sometime, like 2 hrs, but it was ok. But this experience was not that a bigdeal for me because of the service of the personnel. Will definitely comeback to Azumi. Kuddos!
