Can’t say enough about this staff. They front desk staff were literally under siege when I arrived for check-in as a weather front from a typhoon was rolling in, and everyone and their mothers were seeking refuge at the hotel. And if that wasn’t enough, the lobby was practically underwater from the high water levels caused by the rain. When I came down the next morning, one would have never imagined that less than 24 hours before the place was a disaster area, as it looked as pristine as it might have the day it opened. Whatever bonuses or raises the engineering and front desk staffs received, they earned them.

depreciating service, noisy hallway,
recognizably old. walls and bath tub are dirty. had to request for a different room because it was noisy in the hallway, aircon wasnt properly working. lack of confidence in any of the staff. some are even dragging their shoes when they walk. foh team dont pag attention. busy yapping with each other. dining staff crammed to unnecessary concerns and didnt pay to immediate guest concerns. overall, the staff needs retraining and refresher for hotel courses, the way they should walk and talk to the guest. the building may be old and needs renovation but hopefully the service should stay superb and elegant. that what would make a huge difference.

The hotel is right along Roxas Blvd. so it is easy to get to. The roomson the east side don't offer much of a view, but that certainly isn't a deal breaker. My twin bed room was spacious enough, though the bathroom is a little tight space wise. I had pretty steady internet during my stay, but the tv programming is not that stellar. And don't think about connecting your laptop or tablet to the tv for any streaming viewing. The tv's have no HDMI ports..lol The hotel is within walking distance of Robinsons Mall, the LRT, and is a short jeep ride from Rizal Park, Intramuros, the National Museum, and Divisoria.

I checked in to the hotel during while the outer fringes of a typhoon was raging through Metro Manila. When I arrived the front door area was sandbagged, there was water everywhere, and the front desk staff was deluged not only with water, but with locals and as many of their belongings as they could bring, trying to escape the flooding. So the front desk staff not only had to process the confirmed guest bookings, they were doing their best to try to accommodate all those just trying to get a room...any room. I provided that backdrop to give some perspective as to what I encountered on check in day, because the next morning when I went down for breakfast, I was in disbelief. The same lobby that was chaotic, crazy, crowded and wet about 15 hours or so before, was organized, calm, pristine, and dry! Kudo's have to go out the staffs of the various departments for getting that place back to normal under very difficult conditions. They did an amazing job! I hope hotel management is proud of their efforts, and both recognizes AND rewards those efforts.

Great place for the cost! Had some issues with the neighbors but they quieted down after awhile. Good location if your going to get your physical for your VISA to the USA.

The room was so clean and nice. Staff were so accomodating. I love their food especially their Bulalo. Free breakfast that was so good. Me and my husband love the ambiance of the hotel. In fairness they maintained it well. The hallway was clean and smells good that we can recommend this hotel.
