The staff are very helpful, accommodating and nice. They provided us of all the things that we requested. But some parts of the building needs some tlc. Like parts of the floor in our room was uneven and it moves when we walk. The baseboards in the lobby of our floor was busted and the elevator buttons need some replacement and an upgrade. Also, some of the towels and bathrobes that we had was a bit old. But other than that, we had a comfortable stay😊

The property was well kept and the room that we had was very nice and clean. It was well thought of. I love the kitchen because it has all the equipment that you need to cook and it all looks brand new! I also love the washroom because it smells good and clean. The bathtub and the shower are separate which was nice. The hallway was clean and it smells good! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!😊

The reception staff are awesome! They are kind, polite and friendly. Always smiling. Always helpful! The room is cozy, comfortable, and clean! Only thing missing is a RAMP for the wheelchair- borne customers and for those carrying lots of heavy luggage.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have the suite with 2 rooms and were roomy. Bathrooms had great shower pressure. The gym had a fan bike, treadmill, dumbbells, and some cable machines. The breakfast was ok and room service food also good. We felt safe walking to Greenbelt malls. Highly recommend.

The staff are very welcoming from the door greeter, front desk, concierge and restaurants. Breakfast selections and taste is mediocre. I got a 2 bedroom , 1 king and 2 twin bed, added another 1 twin bed. Rooms are great, however the tub is too high felt unsafe. The bidet is super strong to the point Im afraid to use it.lol.. My husband was able to adjust it. Overall it's good.

Not recommended. The entire premise is very old and the deco is shabby. The bathroom is moldy and bed flag/ cushion turns yellowish. There were very few options in the breakfast restaurant and the presentation of the buffet bar was just terrible. Ruined my holiday would not go again.
