Nice hotel, but they are renovating rooms and painting the outside facade. They did not advise the booking site we used about the ongoing renovations. We were woken up at 8 in the morning by work being done in the room above us. They offered to move us, but we were in 2 adjoining rooms and had a lot of luggage, so moving was not an option. They did acknowledge that we should not have been given the room since the room above was being worked on. They also said that the workers were not supposed to start working until 10 AM. We requested compensation for one night for one of the rooms, but they were unable to do it until they sent it to upper management for approval. In the meantime, we had to fly back to the US with no resolution. We are waiting to hear back from them. Update: I never heard back from them. I even called the hotel again from the US (13 hour difference) and left messages. I asked to speak to any management. At this point, I give them 1 Star.

Staff were all very friendly... But were not attentive - took forever to order food or drinks, or get refills, or get check at the restaurants. Housekeeping: each day I received fewer and fewer towels.. until they left me with none.. I had to get towels from another housekeeper servicing room across hall. Pre-paid breakfast.. breakfast was alright.. but for some reason,.after 4th night, no longer had breakfast as being pre-paid.

Not Worth It
DO BOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. The only nice thing about this hotel was the service. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Everything else was terrible. The whole hotel smelt of paint fumes. Upon getting into our room, it smelt as if someone just got done painting. The smell was so bad it gave me a headache. The bed is like sleeping on top of a box spring, there is ZERO cushion. You minus well sleep on the floor. The bathroom was unclean. There was hair everywhere, half used role of toilet passer, the shower was gross, and it had a musty smell. Over all, it was a very unpleasant experience.

This hotel was a bit dated, and in some areas you can definitely tell. The rooms were comfortable enough. If you're looking for a place to stay in the short-term and aren't too picky, then this place does the job. They offer scheduled shuttle services to MOA, but they often fill up very quickly. Ride services like Grab aren't too expensive to get MOA and back. The location of the hotel is great, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance, but it is in a busy area, so you'll often hear cars honking or passing by.

The property is nice & staff are accommodating. Our room is clean but had some issues like first our bed is too low & mattress is not thick, second AC is not cooling enough and third the TV remote has many buttons to push just to get a channel. The Lobby Lounge entertainment was good. Another downside is that most of the “drinks” are too pricey.

Most of the staff was super helpful, courteous and friendly. There were a few staff members in the restaurant who were not courteous and dismissive. The room could have been cleaner. A coffee table had a layer of dirt I noticed when i wiped up a spill and the carpet was somewhat dirty. Overall, i would return and recommend this place.

Always my go-to hotel whenever I’m on vacation. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious. Need a little bit more on the cleanliness side but will stay again. Conveniently located, close to the airport and MOA.
