I did not like the hotel. It's very old and inside the shower had mold over the ceiling and the bathroom is very old. No fan in bathroom and steam was covering the mirror after showering. The bath top was so high and I hit my knee several times to it. Its very difficult to get in the shower if you have knee or foot problem. However, the staff are friendly. The location was very far to everything, and I had to get Uber. I think I paid so much, and I didn't expect to have a dirty bathroom with mold on it. I don't recommend it to tourist.

Nothing really to love…very dated, 80’s motel vibe
This hotel should not be valued at over $250 a night due to poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and misleading advertising. As a Hotels.com VIP member, I expect that the hotel (1) be clean and (2) actually resemble the photographs. Unfortunately, neither was true for this establishment. Similar to other reviews, the property was outdated, and our room was not upgraded despite the hotel being nearly empty. The air conditioning didn’t work, and when we requested a late checkout, we were only given an additional hour—nothing beyond the standard, at least within the U.S. My husband was locked out of the room after 11 a.m. because they didn’t update the key fobs. The decor was bulky and took up too much space in our small room, making the stay not worth the price. This is one of those hotel rooms where you just sleep and stay out all day because there is absolutely no feeling of comfort. Like other reviews mentioned, it felt more like a motel. The low beds were very uncomfortable—good for putting on shoes, but terrible for sleeping. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re accustomed to a simple Marriott or Hilton experience. VIP benefits were not honored. Right after we checked in, two French couples received “complimentary upgrades” because the hotel wasn’t full. So I’m not sure what was going on with that.

I love old hotels in Paris. We had a superior room with a view of the courtyard. Very quiet and in a great location. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was continental and pretty basic. We would stay here again.

Definitely stay here
I stayed at the Villa Beaumarchais for two nights during my trip to Paris and it was a fantastic place. It’s tucked away in a great location of the city with lots of places to eat and grab coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they had no problem accommodating me in English. Everything I needed was provided for me. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was very good. Water pressure was a little weak and the shower is a little narrow but not enough to affect me overall impression. Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice place to stay for our family. Great location, close to the metro and cute neighborhood. Land & Monkeys is right across the street and everything there is amazing (try the Mediterranean sandwich and monkey cookie and croissants) - would stay there just to be so close to the best bakery! The rooms were a nice size too. Would stay there again.

This was my first time in Paris and the Villa made my stay very comfortable. I love the french window overlooking the courtyard. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and they all spoke english well. If you’re in the le marais area this is where you want to stay.
