Safe and comfortable no frills motel
Stayed here a few times. Relatively well maintained family run motel that’s safe and secure with lots of cameras and on site security. Despite newer premium linens, the rooms are in near original condition and the cleanliness is OK, but can definitely be improved. Customer service is outstanding and represents excellent value for your dollar.

While I wasn’t expecting much from super cheap property for the night, I was a bit disappointed in the bed, especially. The bad wasn’t screwed to the wall or the headboard and was on wheels on a laminate floor so one it slid everywhere to it flipped over when you sat on the end then when you were able to get on, it felt like it was just spring and would literally wrap you up like a hotdog The room was dated by. I expected that for a cheap hotel. The room was super hot when we got there we turned the heat off and open the window turn on the AC and left for dinner when we came back we found out that the AC didn’t work and it seemed like the thermostat didn’t work because the room was super hot all night time will be staying somewhere else and spend the extra money for the bed especially I should add our limited interaction with the staff was nice. Check in was easy and check out with easy.

When we arrived the room was not the one we booked. When I spoke to the Manager he said we got the room we booked and were charged $119 per night for 2 nights. My credit card charged me $319.70 for the 2 nights, so i was overcharged for the room that we got. I would appreciate someone contacting me in regards to getting a refund for the overcharge.

Be Fore Warned
We stayed 4 nights and did not have our room cleaned once. When we asked they said first that they only clean every other day but then on the 3rd day they brought us new towels (no shampoo or bars of soap) and when we complained they thought that was not correct and by giving us towels that was sufficient. The attitude of the day staff was not friendly or honest. The continental breakfast was a joke. The management is being very cheap and frugal and is unacceptable for the amount they charge and people need to know this before staying there. There was also 3 homeless people hanging around outside although they caused no issues. We would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The baseboards in the hotel room were very dirty. There was dog fecs at the bottom of the stairs every day I was there. Window was above a starbucks drive through so very loud from 6am on. Heat did not work
