"The host never provided keys or a code to access the property. He then tried to get me to give him a separate deposit for damage. I had to contact Vrbo to have a refund. We did not stay at the property because the owner or host did not show up did not provide a code even though it was prepaid I would highly recommend that you run in another direction from this host I have filed a fraud charge. Requested a refund through VRBO and a fraud charge to my bank."

"It was a one night stay so that I could visit Mayo Clinic. We did not have time to enjoy some of the property amenities. It suited our purpose, but it was a little different than what I thought when I initially booked it. It is a guest suite attached to an existing home with his own entranceits own entrance."
