"I will definitely be back! From the staff of the concierge, to the security, to the staff at The Prime everyone is absolutely wonderful. We stayed on the 17th floor and the view was lovely. The amenities at the hotel were endless. I would definitely recommend staying a few nights so you could take advantage of the spa and the several restaurants they have. The room was beautiful, and every detail was thought about it was designed perfectly. Parking was great! There is plenty of free parking. I recommend parking in the Costco parking lot. It is owned by the hotel and you will not get towed and it is free. It’s a lot closer than parking in the garage to the hotel. There were families there with small children, but the noise was at a minimum. The hotels located near Arundel Mills Mall, and there are so many additional restaurants and stores nearby. You will have plenty to do!"
