Overall, our experience with the staff and service at the resort was excellent. The team was professional and attentive. However, it was disappointing that not all amenities and restaurants were available during our stay, which limited the full all-inclusive experience advertised on the website. Only one restaurant was open for dinner, despite multiple options being promoted online. I would highly recommend contacting the resort directly before booking to confirm the availability of amenities and services to ensure your expectations are met. 4 of us stayed with 2 kids under age of 5. Daily promoted activities for kids were also not as scheduled or didn’t happen at all.
