Great Service, Best of the Best
My stay was extremely enjoyable and comfortable. Guest Service by Front desk associates were great, friendly and courteous. From Conceirge, Mr. Saiful Islam was extremely helpful, and he provided guests a great service. He helped me find some iconic places and I am very pleased with his service. House keeping folks are very dedicated and provided great room service.

I have not stayed in that many Crown Plazas, but have spent too many nights at Marriott properties. So this Crown Plaza is five minutes walk from Masjid Nabawi (South Gates, #305) and extremely convenient from that perspective. It is like a mainline Marriott. Very clean and comfortable beds. Well soundproofed. The breakfast was good. Negatives were that some of the physical infrastructure was not that well maintained. The electric teapot was leaking. The bathroom faucet should be replaced and the shower stall had a backup of water. The only way to fix this is probably to go through the rooms periodically. Given the almost full capacity throughout the year, these rooms probably need more maintenance.

Best customer service in Madinah area. The staff at the reception board is amazing and pride and extra ordinary Customer Service. I was early and arrived the hotel at 10:30 am. The very pleasantly check me in at 10:30 AM. The next day, I asked for a late check out and again happily gave me a 3 PM check out. This was so refreshing. The staff was so pleasant to work with

Location is excellent. Prophet's Mosque is only three minutes' walk. This was my third stay in the property. Rooms are small but okay. Bathrooms are very small. Staff is courteous and co-operative. Property is clean.
