The property is very close to the Haram. However, its a bit of a walk from the women's gate. They should really work on their breakfast buffet, though. For a five star hotel the Breakfast buffet was a let down.

The only thing I have problem with that they don’t have door to close when you take shower , they should have curtain or fully slide Glassdoor so the water won’t come out of the shower place. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good and have variety of options of chose from. Would recommend it to my family and friends.!

Very close to the masjid. One thing you should know is that the women prayer doors/entrances are far from this hotel. Usually women prayer doors are starting from door 12, 13, 14, 15 and the door close to this hotel is # 5 and all these doors are for men. It is close to the Rawda and Ziara of the grave though!

Every time I asked for any information about hotel services or the town, I got either no answer or the wrong information. The promised shuttle service is not running regularly and you’re sent to a basement garage with no specific location to find said shuttle. You can not make neither local nor international calls from your room. There is ONE phone at the reception that you have to use. Dinning is either one open buffet restaurant ( 1200 Saudi riyals or $400 per meal) or room service. I can not believe that this is an Accor hotel. Never in my life had I such terrible experience with information and service. To be fair, the quality of the room and cleanliness was excellent. So was the housekeeping staff. I would never go back.

Good stay
We stayed for 5 nights. Stay was comfortable. Great location and staff were really friendly. We had a quad room that was a really good size for 4 adults. Lifts never took longer than a few seconds so never had to wait long. Only downside was we kept having to ask for toilet roll (every day of the 5 day stay) and this got annoying other than that room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok.
