Warm welcome at the reception. Offered an upgrade to a family suite. Friendly staff. Excellent location for anyone visiting the Prophet's mosque, within 5 mins you will be in the mosque halls.

Amazing stay. We were upgraded to an exective suite, which was very kind of them. The hotel is right outside Masjid Al Nawabi and the entrance to Rawdah. It is great for men as their entrance is on the hotel side. However woman are on the other side, however they have a free shuttle that can drop you there so you dont have to walk. Everything is in walking distance, staff are amazing and friendly and hotel is very clean and well taken care of. We didnt have the breakfast but did have the buffet dinner once and it was nice and alot of options. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to be back inshaAllah.. thanks to Walid for upgrading our room and Salim who took our luggage with care and provided us with great information on the area and Rawdah. Your excellent service was a great start to our stay..
