There's was only 1 bottle of body wash/ hand soap, I have to request another one for shower. Have to request for dishwasherl detergent. Washer & Dryer need sime cleaning before use. Overall clean room and staff friendly

Underwhelming
Handy location but looking rather tired and run down. Had to get someone to unlock safe. They had to come back the next day to unlock. Had to request the complimentary bottle of wine. Latch on front load washing machine damaged which made it hard to close and therefore function. Table in the lounge seemed to be damaged as very wobbly. Room 608. Have stayed before when reception fully staffed and someone onsite for any issues. No longer have staff onsite. On arrival 2 people at reception. One eating a meal and watching tv or movie on a tablet. Hardly a great first impression.

Comfort and convenience at the heart of Melbourne
Concierge was friendly and accommodating. Early/late check out granted. Room is spacious and complete with mini kitchen, dining, living rooms and washer/dryer with detergents! Location is readily accessible. Perfect stay for comfort and convenience. Would happily come back to this accommodation.

We were very happy with the ease in every way to stay at this property. The room was available earlier than stated which was immensely great for us as we had travelled a long journey. Very convenient to everything in the CBD, and very quiet, peaceful for sleeping. The apartment was GREAT! We will be back! Thank you.

Overall the accommodation is good, traffic and street noise would be normal for a central city location so all good. We were on the 9th floor so the view down Elizabeth st from our corner apartment was nice. The check in was a nightmare, admittedly not a standard check in, my brother arrived early in the afternoon then went out to meet a friend for dinner. I arrived later after the reception was closed so I requested they left a key in the secure key safe for my arrival. When I got there I collected the key (actually 2key cards) and went to the accommodation, all good. Then I went out to get some food on return only one key card worked. At 12:30am was woken by a phone call my brother’s keycard had stopped working so I let him in. Just as well one out of the 3 cards continued working. Problem fixed by reception in the morning- no apologies!
