Rooms were comfortable, updated, clean, quite. Nice pool area. Staff on "island time" but friendly. Food average/good. Breakfast same everyday but lots of options. No dedicated hotel space/palapas/chairs on beach- downside! Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Would recommend if plan to spend more time at pool than at beach.

We had a great stay. Everyone was so nice from check in, the restaurant and bar and housekeeping. Very family friendly and nice well kept grounds. We’ll definitely be back to visit here.

The customer service was absolutely horrible. The staff treated us like we were interrupting them at their own home. One waiter threw an appetizer order at us. There staff was completely rude. We were without hot water for two days. When I ask the staff to move us to another room they said there was no availability. The staff questioned if I knew how to use the shower correctly and turn the knob to both sides for the hot water. I told him yes, I check and there was no hot water. The staff came to the room and confirmed indeed that the hot water was not working. This was the absolute worst Marriott stay ever.

The Courtyard Marriott gave us the feel of a resort property. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows could have been better. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff very courteous and friendly. The free breakfast buffet was really great. They even had omelettes or fried eggs available. Definitely a great meal. We rented a car so we went out for Dinner and bought quick sandwich makings at the Super Food Grocery for lunches. The pool was always clean and towels were available for pool use. We only used the beach shuttle once but was very easy and convenient. Overall I would definitely stay again!

I was so disappointed with my stay there! You can’t find house keepers when u need them, if if you call. Also the first night of the stay I found a baby iguana in the room. Totally unsafe with my babies.

This is a beautiful hotel set back from the more crowded and noisy beachfront resorts. Transportation to other areas is easy via taxis, the free golfcart shuttle to the beach, or you can walk if you enjoy 20-30 minute walks. The staff is incredible, friendly, and very helpful. The pool area is spacious and gorgeous with waterfalls and a swim-up bar.

The bartenders were great especially Daniel, Joshua and Miquel all the staff were great and very helpful! the pool area was wonderful and immaculate. The Marriott courtyard is the perfect size property where everyone meets each other. Love the place and would go back in a heart beat

I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are very friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean. The mattress in my room was too soft for my liking, but that is a subjective opinion. The pool(s) are essentially one large pool separated by curving walls. The childrens pool is right there also. So, if you're looking for real separation, it's not. There are some very nice restaurants a 7-10 min walk away. The beach is just a few min walk or you can take the shuttle. Chairs, towels are provided there, but no bathrooms or food/drink. Breakfast is very nice and you get a compimentary appetizer each day. Great value.

The highlight of staying at Courtyard was the lovely staff. Everyone is attentive, courteous, and has a positive energy. The wonderful staff made me want to return but also the space is very well kept and beautiful. There are a lot of amenities available. I loved it!

Once we got checked in everything was fabulous. The front desk staff may need retraining. First they gave us the wrong room (one bed instead of two), that was after waiting 30 minutes. Several days later I went to ask if they had stamps-front desk staff walked past me, looked at me and turned away, waited in line for 20 minutes to ask that question. All other staff was over the moon outstanding. Thank you!

I had the pleasure to stay here with my husband and 2 year old. It was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to needing taxis. There is a free beach shuttle daily that runs every 10 minutes. Staff is attentive when you are sitting poolside. Around a 10-15 walk to city center so it’s not too far. Food at the hotel wasn’t the best but there many other options near by.

I like that this courtyard feels more like a boutique hotel. Excellent service, large buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff, nice pool, complimentary beach shuttle, beach chairs and towels provided at the beach. Close to restaurants, bars, casinos and shopping. The only negative is the pool and beach chairs are not comfortable in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again.
