The 1 out of 2 problems I have, there wasn’t a shuttle service, that would carry us from the airport to the hotel and back from the hotel to the airport for free of charge. We paying a good amount of money to stay there and no shuttle services. 2nd thing, the property taxes. Online it told me 1 price online but when I get to the hotel it’s another price, not cool. Also the concierge for transportation in your hotel. We paid for round trip tickets and then, they forgot come get us a hour later. Not cool

My five-day vacation was exceptional at the Courtyard. I enjoyed the lovely staff's warm hospitality, they always addressed every issue I had whether it was big or small. The location was also a plus. I loved walking down to the strip at night enjoying the food and meeting new people as a solo traveler. I definitely will return.

1/10 DONT STAY! my room was filthy. I travel frequently & I clean behind housekeeping because let’s be real, they are on a time crunch & doing the minimum. I used a black light to find stains all over the sheets on my bed. The bed it’s was stained with blood/wine (all on video/pictures). The housekeeping supervisor (afternoon) was kind & tried to rectify. After a long flight & 30 min of cleaning my room, I had to wait another 30 for clean linen & a new mattress topper. Not a lot of breakfast options for those who don’t eat beef/pork/dairy. Also, I waited at the beach for over 30 minutes in the heat after being there for hours for the shuttle. The radio from the beach to the hotel doesn’t always work so the shuttle people don’t know when to come all the time you just happen to catch them while they’re dropping other people off. When I called for an update, the front desk assoc (Man) had the audacity to say “ma’am you don’t need to call someone is coming” when I was told that literally 30 minutes before that. I was so nauseated from sitting out in the heat all day, I was trying to get back to my room to rest. I informed the front of supervisor of what the associate told me and he handled it he was very professional. There’s no ATM on the grounds and they keep telling you to walk to RIU hotel for everything as if they aren’t a hotel themselves. Garden view is a parking lot. Don’t be fooled (pictures available). This is simply a motel that slapped Marriott’s name on it. Beware!

Liked: Property was cleaned. The daily complimentary appetizer or dessert was nice. Enough pool seating. Restaurant staffs and bar staffs were polite. Dislike: My checked in experience was unpleasant. The receptionist Luz checked me into a different room (ground floor, no view) then what I paid for (2nd floor , balcony, king room, pool view). When I brought it to her attention she had an attitude and claimed that was what I booked. I spoke with the manager Marvin and showed him pictures of my booking. Because they did not have what I paid for available at that moment I agreed to move into another room similar except it was a (double bedroom). He apologized and send over a complimentary wine and snack. Be mindful of the room you paid for versus the room you get. Something I did notice daily was hair in my room even after they were done cleaning. It probably from the mop or cleaning rag. The complimentary breakfast is the same daily, it's lacking flavor and seasonings..

Everyone at the property was very professional and helpful! Housekeeping was always on time and the rooms were impeccable. The pool area is very nice with plenty of seating and the shuttle takes you to the nearby beach in about 3 minutes where there are beach chairs and free water available. This property is located within walking distance of many restaurants and nightlife as well as casinos. My wife and I loved walking around during the day and at night! The free breakfast option that came with our package was great as we loved our freshly made omelettes every morning. The staff at the breakfast area were super nice and accomodating. The main desk staff was also very helpful. Thank you all for a great stay!

The property is ok but stay here as a last resort. Check in was ridiculous, there were people who got early check in but the rest of us had to wait an hour for our rooms. The lunch & dinner food I got from the bar was good, but the breakfast was subpar. Pancakes were cold or lukewarm, bacon was burnt one day, they serve powdered eggs. You will be “overserviced” bc they’re desperate for a tip. There were 2 water bugs in my room one night & another night the fire alarm went off at 1 am but there was no fire. Stay at one of the all inclusive hotels.
