The room was nice and the staff was friendly! The ice machine and juice machine is broken, which was unfortunate but the breakfast hostess Glenda was so accommodating! She was on top of her job! She provided juice refills and made sure all breakfast items were replenished at a fast pace and was so wonderful!

Overall good stay. It was quiet and bed was comfortable. The shower in our bathroom didnt have a shower curtain. When we asked the front desk, was told they were out of shower curtains. Which was odd. Every time we showered the entire bathroom floor was soaked, which resulted in us using every towel in the bathroom to clean it up.

Our stay was really good the only downside was the air conditioner in the room. I am one who needs noise at night. I did not have the option To let the fan continuously blow therefore I did not rest well and I got hot every time it kicked off. One more thing I didn’t realize there was an airport near. I heard airplanes landing and taking off all night long. You need to Let people know I had of time

Great hidden gem
Stayed 1 night. Staff was super friendly. Room was decent size. Well kept and very clean. Safe area. Overall a great experience and would stay here every time I visit the Memphis area. My one and only complaint was it was so close to the airport it sounded like the planes were right outside the room. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me when I tried to go to sleep tho.
