Need Cold Air
Guest services was awesome. However we couldn't adjust the air in our room, when mentioned. We were offerd another. At midnight on the second day. Which would have been a real hassle with all the stuff we would ha e to pack just to move. It was midnight and weather outside had dropped so we figured 73 in the room should be ok. However woke extremely hot only the fan on the AC was working. We were up and out by 7am.

Overall, the property is good. There was ample parking and we felt safe being there. The room seemed to have just been spot cleaned though. My pillow smelled like someone had already slept on it. The shower floor did not feel clean and the wallpaper in the bathroom was dirty and peeling.

Mattress was super uncomfortable. It’s basically a futon mattress. Thermostat controls didn’t seem to do what you wanted it to. Probably wasn’t wired with all the options.

No carpet...I feel like this is the number one thing I am after when searching for a hotel. I'm not looking for glitz and glamour, I want a nice, clean, room, a friendly staff, and a decent free breakfast, this place checks all of the boxes. I would gladly pay more for all of this. I don't need a crusty, dusty old painting on the wall or a lobby with carpet and couches filled with dirt and such from everyone else passing thru. Plain and simple and worth it for me! BUT...they need to get the hot water situation figured out in the shower, we let ours run for close to 20/25 mins before each shower and it was barely warm, not a deal breaker for me...
