water was cold freezing cold. granted they fixed it but the next morning it was back cold again. it seemed as though they did construction. It was so much dirt left in the bathroom

Experience would have been better if room contained microwave and refrigerator as it stated. The bathtub drained slowly even when a solution was poured into it. Staff was polite and accommodating where they were able to.

The staff was nice, friendly, helpful and very courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone love the fact it was close to the hospital and easy for me to get in and out because I had a broken leg and I had just had a new grandson. Everyone was awesome
