The front desk staff were very friendly, happy, and efficient. The included breakfast was fantastic. As a person with gluten sensitivity I found the staff extremely knowledgeable in this area, and the available food selection well above average. We have a new go to hotel while staying in GP. We'll be back.

I’ve checked in twice into this hotel and both times I’ve dealt with the same lady that was very rude because I don’t book directly through their hotel. I’ve used Expedia both times and both times she’s either changed my room or put me into the worst room with no air. I’ll never stay here again nor will I ever book with Expedia.
