The room was very clean and quiet and the staff was great! I got an upgrade after a small snafu with my originally booked room and I was very happy with it. The breakfast was awesome! I rarely see turkey sausage on a hotel breakfast buffet.

Pros - Clean and great breakfast. Cons - Clock alarm went off at 6:00 am. Set by previous customer and not canceled by housekeeping.

Hotel is currently being renovated (some floors). Noisy. Lots of renovation debris outside. Elevators were dirty. Toilet in bathroom did not flush well. Room had a foul odor.

The hotel was under construction, the toilet broke in our room and flooded the bathroom, a construction worker came in to our room in the middle of the night and had a universal key to enter every room in the hotel, the electricity went out in the entire building for several hours, and was completely dark. They had Halloween decorations in massive amounts all over the main lobby that was inappropriate and embarrassing. The elevator had a button that was sticking out with a spring behind it (code violation)!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and courteous the staff was! Very impressed! Although there was a maintenance cart in my room upon arrival it was immediately corrected and the front desk person apologized for the inconvenience repeatedly! Will definitely stay again!

Hotel was in the middle of a renovation and the room we were in was dated and in need of updating. Staff was professional. Neighborhood near the hotel is depressed. The gate on the parking lot was unexpected but welcome.
