The front desk staff were above excellent. Some of the issues I had were I was there for 6 days and not until the 5th day did they offer to clean room. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels as I ran out. They state they have a kitchenette but there is no microwave. Also at the breakfast they would not have items out and would have to ask for them. No silverware, no napkins, no syrup, no cups for juice. Appeared no one watching over to refill. This hotel is also a distance from being able to walk to any other places so must Uber or Taxi everywhere. No convenient.

Room was never serviced by housekeeping durring our 3 day stay. Bed was never made We had to go to the front desk for fresh towels, coffee supplies were not replenished, cups and glasses not cleaned or replaced. We wont stay at Hyatt again.

The area was nice and quiet and I Liked the free parking but one room I the beds were not made and the room had not been cleaned also we tried 2 different sets of keys and still couldn’t get into the room finally we were moved to a different room
