The staff was very friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I loved that coffee was available 24/7 as we left before they served breakfast. It was also pet friendly so thats why we chose to stay there. The area surrounding the hotel was definitely lacking as far as businesses and food options. The parking lot did not feel safe after dark.They did have security patrolling around the building as we were leaving in the early morning.

The front desk staff are friendland all smiles, the beds are bit high so of you have a toddler with the risk of fall is there. The only thing that was off with me was the carpet it needs cleaning, my babies were running around the room and when i took off their socks they were dirty. Lastly, just bring flip flops they dont have disposable ones. I guess i will remember to bring one when I come back.

Friendly staff. Main lobby men’s restroom was flooded. TV did not work. Bathroom faucet and toilet leaks constantly. Breakfast was terrible.

Not ever again
The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, but that is where the charm ends. The property is in not such great condition and the owners and cleaning staff seem to be ok with doing things half assed. I could start with the stained and delapidated desk chair that was in my room (which any decent hotel would have removed and put out in the garbage), or the dead roach in the light fixture in the bathroom, that seemed to have gone unnoticed by the cleaning staff. So many charming touches like those throughout including the neighborhood which is close to hotels that offer hourly rates (yes that was meant sarcastically). Needless to say I will not be staying at this establishment again.

A hidden gem.
The entire place was super clean. The rates were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows. The towels were soft too. This place is a hidden gem. Also has a variety of restaurants very close by.

The location is horrible, I had my grandson and was only staying to catch some rest to continue my drive to Ohio. I didn’t trust leaving our belongings in the car so I made a few trips to the car to gather our stuff w a 1 yr old. The last trip when I got to my room my key was no longer working. I was told it was to close to my phone. I didn’t even have my phone it was in my purse upstairs. The fact that I had to go back downstairs to reactivate my key with my 1 yr old grandson. There was a tribe of men that was just hanging in the dining area that I didn’t even wish to stay for the free breakfast. I left early in the morning on Saturday and as of today I still do not have my $100 HOLDING DEPOSIT (which it’s not a hold, they actually charge your card and then reimburse you once you leave). I would NEVER stay here again

Ok but probably other options for the money.
Strong smell of mold/mildew in hallway. They installed an air purifier so maybe the issue has been rectified. Saw and killed many cockroaches in the bathroom and tub and the hot water in the shower only seemed to work during a couple hours in the morning. Early morning and afternoon showers were ice cold. Overall the property was clean but dated so some clear wear and tear.

Exterior upon arrival looked run down. Broken fountains. Overgrown shrubs. No nite stand on left side of bed. Drains are rusty. No comforter on bed. No soap or shampoo in dispenser in shower. Fluffy towels. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Air was good. Breakfast was good. The lady there was very nice & helpful. Price was good.
