AVOID THIS PLACE!! Shame on Wingate by Wyndham from adding there logo to this dump! 1/2 way thru a remodel so it has some new paint on this pig.... terrible. Not a 5 or 6 more like a 3 or 4 - shabby and nasty... DON'T STAY HERE!!

Very rude clerk and had to pay more for my pet At a hotel that was suppost to be a pet friendly hotel ...my pet is less than 25 lbs and the max weight at the hotel was 50 lbs ..I will not be staying at this hotel chain anymore

Very clean. Safe location near food & freeway access. Helpful & friendly family staffing their business. They obviously have put a lot of time & money into renovation and improvements. However, not all the kinks are worked out.

We arrived and had booked a double bed room opened door and single bed. That was first room. Next ..she assigned another room the TV didn't work...Third room was the charm everything worked. I have to say the beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. But chair was worn and torn. Furniture outdated and missing handles. Went down to breakfast and that was ok until I went back for coffee and a roach was in the floor. Staff very friendly and helpful upon request. With all this said if I visit Memphis in the future I sadly wouldn't book this hotel again as the area was questionable.

It met our needs. Inexpensive. Not in the greatest part of town. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy. I would not walk around the area after dark. Property is a bit worn, but I'm fine with it. I'd stay there again for an overnight stop off. Staff was friendly.

Felt like we entered someone's home from the moment we arrived at the hotel. All staff were pleasant and the entire hotel was very clean. Our king size room was spacious. Breakfast was pretty standard with a variety of options.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I loved that coffee was available 24/7 as we left before they served breakfast. It was also pet friendly so thats why we chose to stay there. The area surrounding the hotel was definitely lacking as far as businesses and food options. The parking lot did not feel safe after dark.They did have security patrolling around the building as we were leaving in the early morning.

The front desk staff are friendland all smiles, the beds are bit high so of you have a toddler with the risk of fall is there. The only thing that was off with me was the carpet it needs cleaning, my babies were running around the room and when i took off their socks they were dirty. Lastly, just bring flip flops they dont have disposable ones. I guess i will remember to bring one when I come back.
