Perfect location if you plan to spend a day in Venice. The train is across the road. 2 beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean . Staff at the front desk were quick, helpful and friendly

The hotel is just across Mestre station hence we booked our stay again at Hotel Plaza and booked the family suite type rm with 2 king size beds! Breakfast was awesome as there were a lot of choices but wishes they wpuld change a few items every 2 days. Taking the train frl.to Sta Lucia only costs 1.45 euros and worth it as i wpildnt want to carry our luggages.over the birdhe/streets/vaporetto when its 35 degrees. .

The building the hotel is in is a little old, but looks to be recently renovated. Some issues with our bathroom door, but overall a very comfortable stay.

The staff's response was terrible, especially when I was in a difficult situation. Their explanations were unclear, and their attitude was not suitable for dealing with guests. On top of that, there was no breakfast provided, making it a terrible hotel experience overall. The facilities were also outdated.
