"Staff was amazing. They're the redeeming factor of the place. Rooms were nice but not well-kept. Needa more cleaning and update. Even just the squeaky heavy doors can do some oiling. "

I didn’t like there’s one day, I had been waiting in customer service but they are not paying attention to the Guest. Until one down attendant noticed me and assisted me to the other side of the service desk (concierge) to help me out. But overall, it’s still a great Hotel where I can see myself to stay in the near future."
