Small hotel with excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. When asked the front desk staff was more than willing to assist me in contacting the company i booked an upcoming tour with. The hotel has a nice roof top where you can get complimentary breakfat. The property doesnt have an elevator and this can be a problem for people with mobility issues. The area is quiet with lots of greenery and food options. I would stay again at Casa Decu.

This hotel was great! Their rooftop terrace was beautiful for breakfast and the room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely visit Casa Decu again next time I’m in Mexico City!

Case Decu was a great fit for us. We used our little mini fridge to store cocktail fixings for enjoying on the sunny rooftop where the lovely complimentary cold buffet breakfast is served. We had cooked breakfast one day; very good and reasonably priced. Staff are all delightful. Our room was spacious and very quiet with a sitting area separated by a sliding door. Lots of hot water with excellent pressure in the shower. We walked everywhere from here or took the bus or metro which are only a couple of blocks away. Great plus was taking out the bikes on Sunday to ride Reforma from end to end. Lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance. Lots of nearby green space. The only downside would be for guests who can't go up and down stairs as there is no elevator. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Overall the property is nice and located in a perfect location. The staff is very customer service orientated. We stayed in a suite on the 4th floor. It was a great size, in fact more than we needed. The room was very clean. It could have used more towels and amenities as only two are provided, but a simple call can fix that. Just not well thought out ahead of time. There’s no elevator and breakfast is on the roof terrace which leads to the only negative. The walls are paper thin. Every flush, cough, walk, table move, etc will be heard. From the sides to the top, you’ll hear everything. We were fine with it overall as we were in full tourist mode but if there was actual work the next morning it might be a different feeling. Huge pluses are the location, nice room, all the things around in Condesa, but you’ll have to settle on noise from all sides. Overall it was a good hotel but know what you’re getting.

Hotel is in a nice location, right in the heart of Condesa. Rooms are simple and clean. It was loud when we stayed as they hosted a party in the roof terrace until 11pm. Water didn’t drain in the bathroom sink. We have not been offered any upgrades so as never received a bottle of wine promised upon reservation.

Loved our stay at this gorgeous little hotel. It was gorgeous, clean, very warm and inviting. The only thing that we wish we had is a coffee machine in our room. They treated us to a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was absolutely delicious.

Great Value in Heart of La Condesa
Great cute boutique hotel in Condesa. Great location, property condition, staff, rooftop deck (with daily continental breakfast) and service. Only drawbacks were lack of elevator and air conditioning due to protected historical nature of building. I would stay here again. :)

This little boutique hotel in the heart of La Condesa is just fantastic. Heading back in October and we will definitely stay here again! Rooms were huge with a separate living room and kitchen area, beds super comfortable. Staff was incredible, doorman and housekeeping were also top notch! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace capped it! Bathroom was small-ish, but that is the only small negative...made kit work because everything else was terrific. Great little spot to stay at in CDMX!
