Pretty beat up with a coat of paint. We could see through put bathroom vent into the one next door so that was creepy. Literally hear every single thing on the entire floor cause that's how thin the walls were. Great location though

I was under the impression that a 4.2 stars hotel was very good in Mexico but I learned that it’s not… the hotel was smelly, no toilet paper, the reservation was there, but not the room (?) and no apology for making us wait until a room was available

I really enjoyed the stay here we were close to a downtown area could walk to most of stuff it was clean and the staff was great especially Armando he was nice and helpful made very good suggestions to eating spots to museums to local things we might be interested in seeing I would recommend this hotel to friends and family

Do not stay here!
We will not be staying here again. The room was dirty, the door didnt shut properly without being forced as the hinges were misaligned and hanging, the window in the room was broken and we were not able to shut it so we had all the noise from the street kept us up all night. No washcloths were provided and the bed was so hard Iwoke up sore from it, and no comforter was provided. The bedside table lights didnt even have lampshades, they were just exposed bulbs. The shower was dirty and dated and there was a space behind the toilet that you could clearly see into another room from. It was too late for us to find another hotel so we were forced to stay. The only good thing was the bell boy armando or arturo that helped us. He was amazing. I would not recomend staying here. I tried to attach photos, but it would not allow me to attach.

The property is in a good location for transportation, but the surrounding feels unsafe. There are some homeless people sleeping on the entrance of the buildings nearby and construction on one side and a bar on the back. The rooms are not as shown on the pictures, doors are missing corners, the bathroom has mold and missing part of the walls. Towels and liners were tear. We only took breakfast once and the buffet was not good.

Kind of an ok place. Staff is great and friendly However there was a constant odor coming out of the sink and shower. Even with a few attempts from management to clean or add some product.

The stay was very good. Breakfast was great. Front staff was attentive, but like most young service people today other tasks(cell phone etc0 tends to distract them from thier main job

Our room was dirty. There were toe nails on the floor, hair all over the place, wall were gross and the restroom. OMG!!! The worst restroom I’ve ever seen. There were bugs all over the floor, Mold all over the place, super dirty, the shower was just disgusting and the toilet was beyond disgusting. It smelled like sewer. My husband and I did not take our shoes off for 4 days because we were afraid to get fungus on our feet. Every time we used the toilet we put 3 layers of toilet paper on the seat and hold our breath. I will never, ever stay at this hotel. Ever!!
