Property was very nice and clean! It was much larger than I expected and the staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was large and had good food! I liked how you could request additional food items for breakfast to be made to order if you didn’t find what you wanted at the buffet. Would definitely stay again!

I stay in many hotels around CDMX but so far I can say that this particular one it exceeded my expectations. I’m definitely coming back to this one again, it’s a good hotel for the price you are paying. Perfect to travel with your partner or alone.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Very helpful if you had any questions. Great customer service. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel is in a good spot within walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. They have a restaurant downstairs and a coffee shop. We ordered room service the food was good. Would stay here again. Thank you!

My wife and I have stayed at Hotel Punto Mx on two different occasions. We equally enjoy the location, service, cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The rooftop patio offers some great views and I would recommend staying in the rooms with the large bathtub. Again, another beautiful experience in the heart of Zocalo and Mexico city.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is nice and rooms are cute and unique. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue is the rooms are not sound proof. We could clearly hear the people next door having normal conversations.
