Ishocked to find the room I reserved for more than $250/nt. Had no window. This made my stay horrible. Natural light should be a given in a “deluxe” room. I would really like a credit for at least one night.

I would stay back here!!!
For a 2 day stay, it was amazing! The room was fantastic and the staff was even better! I would stay here again in the future! The location of the hotel was in walking distance of the Plaza de Constitućion and the Basilica de Catolica. For anyone wondering about food! There’s a restaurant on their main floor, but there’s also other place to eat around the area. You can always Uber to almost any location.
