When I did the resevation, I saw that the rooms had a smal frigde and some kinf of kitchenette. Well we had neither. Then, one of the charges for an I phone disappear, when I told the front desk, the front desk receptionist said " The staff doesn't have I phones" I felt like she was calling me a liar.Then, the housekeeping manager, went to my room, but, she told me the samething the front desk told me.
We were a group of4 so we had 2 different rooms, in one of the rooms the air condition was not working, not only that, the housekeeping knocked and told my brother that the room was going to be clean so he stepped out for about 3 hours, he came back, it wasn't clean. Then the key card wasn't working either, so it had to be program almost every time we went out.
Lastly, the last day, the housekeeping was done, but, no towel left. I was about to shower and I had to call for towels.
I'm a business owner, I hate to complain, but maybe the staff needs more customer service training and attention to details. I forgot to read what was included it. Usually, I do, but I was surprised that it didn't have a fridge. Would , I stay agin, I doubt it. There are plenty hotels and suites for about the same price by that area.
