Staff was ok, they didn’t look too happy, but it’s understandable… Room was ok, nothing fancy but has everything you would need. Not as clean as expected though…, the bed and pillow sheets were like kind of wet… maybe too much humidity because the a/c wasn’t cooling enough the room; I had it set for 70 degrees and felt like 75 in there. Also the a/c smells like humid every time it went on. Bathroom was ok, but the floor wasn’t clean 100%. I found the shower faucet on the side of the tub, I guess it felt off and the room maid forgot to report it… I took a picture and showed to the front desk person… Front desk under construction and only one elevator working… Not the best experience, but not the worst either… I seeing it worse for higher prices, so for the price I’m not too Unhappy….

The room overall was decent, clean and there was only 1 of 2 working elevators and there was no breakfast area. There was no area to purchase any snacks or sodas to purchase at the front of building like most other hotels. The only vending machines on the 3rd floors and only 1ice machine on one floor.

I am surprised.! the staff was excellent, the room is great and bed is very comfortable; there’s a 24/7 IHOP steps away from the hotel. Well done

Property is undergoing renovations but I won’t affect your stay. Alba at the front desk was amazing and her customer service is outstanding. The room was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for 3 nights. Only down is the walls are a little thin and I could hear people’s conversations in the hallway. Aside from that we had a great stay and the price was great.
