The bed and room were nice. You can tell they are renovating BUT The floors were not cleaned well throughout the whole hotel! I can overlook some things but we cleaned our floor with a hand towel and by the time we were done the towel was black. The lobby area was not set up, the furniture was there but it was blocked off, it would have been nice to have a place to sit while we waited the hour and a half for our room to be ready. There were two gentlemen that were friendly other than that the staff was not friendly and did not look happy. PROS: Close to the airport and restaurants within walking distance.

I would say everything was good. I would recommend one-time flip-flops for them because it s hard when you don t have anything there. And for employees security maby it would be great to have a card scanner to get in the building during the night time, because you don't want any other stranger around there.

I made this reservation since I was starting a new job in Miami. I must say this was the worst idea. On Expedia, i paid for breakfast to be included, but the first morning I woke up and went to the front desk and found that the kitchen was not in service. This meant that for almost 2 weeks, I would need to go out and buy breakfast before going to work. This was highly not expected, and met with a shrug of an apology. No partial refund, no nothing, which is why will not direct anyone to this location.... ever.
