Very disappointed. Air in room didn't work . Sent a tech and said it was fixed to give it a couple hours. We got back to room at 230 am and air was still broken. Very disappointed

Me he quedado en varios Holiday Inn y este ha sido el más descuidado y un poco sucio. En el baño al llegar encontramos una cockroach pequeña que no pudimos sacar. De resto muy normal, para el costo de la estadía y también luego al llegar cobran un fee "$11.29" son cosas que no deberían suceder. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y la ubicación excelente.

I tried to cancel this reservation with you before the reservation started and then continued to try to cancel this reservation for the second night and you did not honor it. I purchased travel protection and it served no purpose. I was unable to go to Miami due to hurricane and state of emergency. Hotel said you booked with Expedia. Expedia said you have to deal with hotel. I lost my money and am not sure I will book third party again.

The had a bunch of old outlets around the neighborhood. The a/c was not on or not working me and my kid sleep hot . Diner had no meatless options. Pool was clean and nice staff was nice and friendly. They just weren’t as accessible because k think it was only one person on shift at a time

The bathroom was hideous with a horrible paint job they did to what seems to be a leak that happened the doors lock was very flimsy (did not feel safe) when we came back to our room the second day our keys didn't even work we had to go all the way back downstairs to get new keys and when we came back the lights didn't even work in our room plus the first night the AC in the building was broken so our room was extremely hot this has to be the worst possible "Hotel" i've ever stayed in I think this shouldn't even be considered a HOTEL at this point label yourself what you really are a MOTEL also the ice machines were broken which made me have to go all the way to a restaurant downstairs to get ice from a bar 0 stars honestly
