Public areas were dirty. Housekeeping was VERY rude and VERY slow. Waited 4 hrs for firm pillows and extra towels. Brought some of the towels requested and no pillows. Returned with the rest of the towels and wrong pillows. Housekeeper was very rude and shooed us away. I contacted. front desk after an additional 2hr wait. I was told that I had to go to front desk to get them. Housekeeping refused to bring them to the room.

Very disappointed Not a very clean or maintained hotel. There was garbage and debris in the elevator when checking in and was still there at 10 am the next day The bathtub has black mold around the tub and having a bathtub one of my requests Overall the hotel room did not smell clean or feel clean. Worst sleep I have ever had at a hotel Breakfast was not worth the extra expense after the cost of this hotel It should not have Airport in the name as it cost us $60 to get there from the airport after shuttle hours as our flight was late

Check in was seamless and the whole floor and room smelled freshly cleaned ( arrived at 8 PM). The view is great ( if you like the city). The hotel is quiet but being adjacent a Freeway there is reasonable noise when on the balcony.

The staff was very nice though they were so busy and understaffed, they did a great job. The carpet in my room was really gross, old and made me uncomfortable to walk on without shoes but the rest of the room and property was nice! They could definitely use an extra front desk person at least on weekends. The poor guy working was SLAMMED and doing his very best!
